J. A. Kirk McKinnon - President & CEO, Director
J.A. Kirk McKinnon has served as Chief Executive Officer and a director since 2004. He brings over 25 years of senior management experience to the Company. Mr. McKinnon is currently President and CEO of MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. and Energizer Resources Inc., both of which are resource exploration companies headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Previously, Mr. McKinnon held senior management positions with several high profile Canadian corporations, including Nestle Canada.

Richard Schler – Chief Operating Officer & CFO, Director
Richard E. Schler has been our Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a director since 2004. He is also currently serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of both MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. and Energizer Resources Inc., both of which are resource exploration companies headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Before joining these companies, Mr. Schler held various senior management positions with noted corporations. He also has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.

Elgin Wolfe - Director
Elgin M. Wolfe is President of King River Development Limited and Tri-Main Development LLC, both real estate development companies. Besides spending his working life in the construction and real estate development business, Mr. Wolfe was a director of Energizer Resources Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange listed company, since 1989.

Brent Nykoliation - Director
Brent Nykoliation has been on the Board of Directors since November 19, 2007. Brent brings significant skills and experience to the Company. With a career that has spanned 15 years in various senior management roles in Marketing and Business Development (Nestle), Retail Sales and Merchandising (Home Depot) and Merchandising Operations (Whirlpool), Brent is well positioned to market Red Pine’s exploration initiatives.

Quentin Yarie - Director
Mr. Yarie’s principal occupation is as a professional geophysicist. He has been Vice-President of Exploration of Red Pine Exploration Inc., MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. and Honey Badger Exploration Inc. since January 1, 2010. Mr. Yarie was the business development officer of Geotech Limited, an Ontario corporation from October 2007 to January 2010.  From September 2004 through October 2007, he was a senior representative of sales and business development for Aeroquest Limited.  Mr. Yarie’s education consists of SIAST, Saskatchewan, in business administration.

Joseph Heng - Director
Joseph Heng joined our Board of Directors in April 2004. He is a Chartered Accountant and has over 36 years of industry experience in public accounting.
